LiOr White M.Ed, BCBA

Li-Or White is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the proud Co-Founder and Executive Director of Behavioral Strides Therapy. Mrs. White received her Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education with an emphasis in Severe and Profound disabilities at Florida State University.  Mrs. White began working with children with special needs very early in her career. It was one summer while on break from teaching, Mrs. White started a position as a part-time behavior therapist. Within weeks of working in the field she knew she wanted to go back to school to get her board certification in Applied Behavioral Analysis. For the past 6 year Mrs. White has worked with individuals with autism and related disabilities in school, home, clinic and group settings. Mrs. White provides trainings to families, school teams and paraprofessionals about ABA. She is passionate about supervising students who are seeking their Board Certification in ABA. Her passion for the field has let her to co-found Behavioral Strides Therapy, whose mission is to educate and improve the lives of children with disabilities and their families. Mrs. White is proud to be working in the community she is so passionate about.

Julie Diago M.A,BCBA

Julie Diago is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Co-Founder and Executive Director of Behavioral Strides Therapy. She received her Masters in Psychology with a concentration in children and adolescents from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and her Bachelors in Psychology from Florida International University. Julie began working with families and children with special needs very early on in her career. Behavior analysis immediately became her primary interest as she discovered its efficacy and ability to help those with special needs. She has been working in the applied behavior analysis (ABA) field for over 8 years and has garnered extensive experience working with infants and children of different ages. As an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist (ITDS) Julie realized the importance of working with families and other professionals as a team to help children with Autism. Her desire to reach more families and teach others about ABA has led to her co-founding Behavioral Strides Therapy, whose mission is to improve the lives of children with disabilities and their families. She finds her work fulfilling and looks forward to working together with parents and caregivers who value solving issues in collaboration.
