Registered Behavior technician (RBT)/ Behavior Therapist

Provide direct ABA therapy to children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Be able to effectively manage a flexible schedule while providing services in both home and community settings. Provide education and support for families of children with autism. Work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Demonstrate excellent time management, communication skills and work collaboratively with other members of the team and supervisors.

Qualifications Include: 

Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in special education, early childhood education, speech/language disorders, psychology or related field preferred. ABA certification preferred. Experience working with children on autism spectrum preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist (ITDS)

Focus on infant/toddler development and ways to promote development and learning, including designing learning environments and activities to promote development across all domains. The ITDS . assists the family in understanding the special needs of the child and enhancing the child’s development. Qualifications include: Minimum of Bachelor’s in any of the following: Psychology, Social Work, Speech Language Pathologist, Early Childhood & Special Education

Qualifications Include: 

Minimum one year experience serving infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays ages 5 and under
